What led you to Vortala?
Since I was a kid, I've loved everything related to computers, whether it's the hardware or software. Most of my work experience has been in business intelligence and software development. But, I was looking for something new, and digital marketing has always intrigued me. I've tried out a few things in my free time, and found that I enjoyed it. That's why when Vortala offered me the chance to be a client support specialist, I said yes right away. I've also had a lot of experience working with customers before, so with that, along with my love for computers, I knew it would be a good fit.

What do you love most about your job?
I get to face new I.T. problems every day, and it feels awesome when I'm able to fix them for our clients. Plus, it's a great way to learn new things since I'm always encountering different challenges that I've never dealt with before.

What do you like to do in your spare time?
I'm a huge fan of pop-culture! I love staying up-to-date with the latest movies and TV shows. I also love watching sports like rugby and cricket. But most importantly, I love hanging out with my partner. Oh, and I can't forget to mention that I'm a proud geek who loves spending time with my gaming PC.

What might people be surprised to find out about you?
I'm a total cat person! I think they're the coolest and cutest animals ever. I grew up with cats, and I love how you have to earn their love and attention – you don't own them, they own you!
