Getting Started
We'll ask you to complete a form so that we can gather information about your practice and website. We'll also request a couple of dates and times to schedule an interview with your Website Production Specialist or Website Success Manager.
Interview
We'll record a phone conversation with you where we ask you questions about your practice and services. The conversation will be given to our writing team who will use your answers to write content for your web pages.

Design and Content Creation
Our experts will create your website content and design proofs that will aid in new patient conversion. We will forward the content and design proofs to you. You'll want to review both and share your feedback. We will work with you to get these approved.

Website Build
When you're happy with your content and chosen design, we'll build your finished website.
Approval and Launch
We'll send you a link to review the final version of your new website. When you've reviewed all pages and given us your approval, we'll perform some final checks and tests before making your website live.
Training
Your website comes with its own dashboard. You can log in online to make changes to your website and take advantage of built-in marketing tools. We can walk you or someone on your team through an introduction to your dashboard and teach you how to make edits, add subscribers and more! You can also use our Client Resource Center with step by step instructions and helpful information on how to manage your website.
